Jazz with Paul Nedzela Friday, March 5th 2010 @ 9:00pm Paul's career has advanced both as a leader and as a sideman with, among others, The Montreal Afro-Cuban Jazz Band, Frank Sinatra Jr., The Jazz Museum in Harlem All Stars, and The David Berger Jazz Orchestra. Most recently, he has performed with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and recorded with Wynton Marsalis.
Jazz with Lexy Casano Saturday, March 6th 2010 @ 9:00pm Rochester New York born trumpeter, Michael Cottone, graduated from the Eastman School of Music in 2007 with double degree in Jazz Studies and Music Education. Michael’s performance experiences include the Downbeat Award Winning Eastman Jazz Ensemble featuring artists such as; Clark Terry, Marian McPartland, Slide Hampton, Peter Erskine, and Rufus Reid. Other performance experiences include The Cab Calloway Orchestra, The Grand Hotel Orchestra on Mackinac Island, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. In addition to performing, Michael has been an active educator in upstate New York and was recently a featured clinician and performer at the Rochester.

Sunday, March 7th 2010 @ 7:30pm Movie: "Casino Royale" Casino Royale (2006) is the twenty-first film in the James Bond series; it was directed by, Martin Campbell and the first to star Daniel Craig as MI6 agent James Bond. Based on the 1953 novel of the same name by Ian Fleming, it was adapted by screenwriters Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and Paul Haggis. It is the third screen adaptation of the Casino Royale novel. It was previously produced as a 1954 television episode and a 1967 satirical film. The film is set at the beginning of James Bond's career as Agent 007, just as he is earning his license to kill. After preventing a terrorist attack at Miami International Airport, Bond falls for Vesper Lynd, the treasury agent assigned to provide the money he needs to foil a high-stakes poker tournament organised by Le Chiffre. In the film, Bond faces Blofeld, who is planning on unleashing a plague through a group of brainwashed "angels of death" (which included early appearances by Joanna Lumley and Catherina von Schell) unless his demands are met. Along the way, Bond meets, falls in love with, and eventually marries Contessa Teresa di Vicenzo.

Licence to Kill is the first, original (non-Fleming) title, although it adapts the Live and Let Die story with elements from the short story The Hildebrand Rarity, concerning agent 007's resignation from MI6 to pursue revenge against Franz Sánchez, a Latin American drug baron.
